Dreams In Thyme
Ramblings of a Woman: Me, My Thoughts, Earth Day & Such

I sit outside in my yard, watching my Beloved K. as He digs in the “garden”. I fuss over Him as do my daughters to use work gloves. He smiles and goes put them on. I am indeed a worry wart g “wife” to this Man that is “Husbanding” me. We are officially engaged. To get married in a few months. We are happy and growing Together as a Couple. I am so happy i am rosy cheeked and looking quite beautiful (He states I am).

I sit here watching our 2 cats (The Sisters) wander and play in  the yard under K’s watchful eye. I sit here thinking thoughts of Gratitude and Hope, Joy and Love. And I sit here and I dream my dreams so big.
K. states these dreams are beautiful like me and He is happy to live them with me. How awesome is that? A supportive Spouse!
A Dream Come True in Him.

Today it is on Earth Day and in FL it is usually sweltering by this time. Due to the Climate Changes and Mother Nature though  we are enjoying the cool air,and here I am in a sweater as I am chilled, sitting peacefully under the trees on Our bench. I sit here filling my queue whilst I have time to do so. I also think of the purple flowers and how K. and I intend to do Themed Gardxens, plant some Veggies & Herbs…even though we will move this year We believe one must live in the now as well as Hope and Aim for Future things.
I think of how much I intend to do in my life as a Writer, Witch, Wife, Mum, Life Encourager, and Aspiring Gardener, Chic ken Keeper, and possibly Small Business Owner.
I Believe in the Beauty of my Dreams and I am Living Them even now. And Earth Day is an apropos time to think of living a Eco-Green Lifestyle daily and future tense.

The tides they are changing. I feel it in my Witches heart. I know that so much this year will change and it will all happen in Synchronicity or The Flow of the Universe. And I must be ready. Indeed We all must be ready. A Big Move across the country. A house to find for Us as a family. Things to do to get my 2 at home daughters readxy for Life and More. And the positive changes in my health is already happening.

All is well… even as it is in many are challenging Us as a family.  We are full of Faith & Belief K. and I. My daughters too. We refuse to doubt that Our Lives are not awesome and great even in the midst of what others perceive as “hard times.”

I miss my Tumblr Friends. I miss writing here. Hearing what all of you are doing in your lives. Know you are in  my heart & my thoughts. I wish all glood things to come your way. I wish you Joy, Peace & Much Love!

Writing requires discipline, but disciplined writers are not necessarily prolific. Most good work gets produced over time, sometimes many years, allowing the writer to grow with the material, to allow her world, her command over craft, and her psychological maturity to coalesce at just the right moment to produce something of value. This process often involves dreadful periods of not writing, or, worse, periods of writing very badly, embarrassingly badly. As time passes in a writing life, the writer learns not to fear these arid periods. The words come back eventually. That’s the real discipline: to train the mind and heart into believing that words come back.

Be willing to wait. In the meantime, write when you don’t feel like it. If you can’t write, read.
Monica Wood, The Pocket Muse (masculine pronouns changed to feminine)

I can believe things that are true and things that aren’t true and I can believe things where nobody knows if they’re true or not.

I can believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny and the Beatles and Marilyn Monroe and Elvis and Mister Ed. Listen - I believe that people are perfectable, that knowledge is infinite, that the world is run by secret banking cartels and is visited by aliens on a regular basis, nice ones that look like wrinkled lemurs and bad ones who mutilate cattle and want our water and our women.

I believe that the future sucks and I believe that the future rocks and I believe that one day White Buffalo Woman is going to come back and kick everyone’s ass. I believe that all men are just overgrown boys with deep problems communicating and that the decline in good sex in America is coincident with the decline in drive-in movie theaters from state to state.

I believe that all politicians are unprincipled crooks and I still believe that they are better than the alternative. I believe that California is going to sink into the sea when the big one comes, while Florida is going to dissolve into madness and alligators and toxic waste.

I believe that antibacterial soap is destroying our resistance to dirt and disease so that one day we’ll all be wiped out by the common cold like martians in War of the Worlds.

I believe that the greatest poets of the last century were Edith Sitwell and Don Marquis, that jade is dried dragon sperm, and that thousands of years ago in a former life I was a one-armed Siberian shaman.

I believe that mankind’s destiny lies in the stars. I believe that candy really did taste better when I was a kid, that it’s aerodynamically impossible for a bumble bee to fly, that light is a wave and a particle, that there’s a cat in a box somewhere who’s alive and dead at the same time (although if they don’t ever open the box to feed it it’ll eventually just be two different kinds of dead), and that there are stars in the universe billions of years older than the universe itself.

I believe in a personal god who cares about me and worries and oversees everything I do. I believe in an impersonal god who set the universe in motion and went off to hang with her girlfriends and doesn’t even know that I’m alive. I believe in an empty and godless universe of causal chaos, background noise, and sheer blind luck.

I believe that anyone who says sex is overrated just hasn’t done it properly. I believe that anyone who claims to know what’s going on will lie about the little things too.

I believe in absolute honesty and sensible social lies. I believe in a woman’s right to choose, a baby’s right to live, that while all human life is sacred there’s nothing wrong with the death penalty if you can trust the legal system implicitly, and that no one but a moron would ever trust the legal system.

I believe that life is a game, that life is a cruel joke, and that life is what happens when you’re alive and that you might as well lie back and enjoy it.” - Neil Gaiman
